Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Associate to join our team. This role involves crafting effective marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and enhancing our brand presence. The Marketing Associate will be instrumental in driving our marketing efforts to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with our company goals.
- Increase awareness and social media platform presence to meet specific KPIs.
- Manage and oversee various marketing campaigns from conception to execution.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to propose marketing solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive and effective promotional materials.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gaining insights and assessing against goals to the Chief Operation Officer
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be a legal resident of the United States.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field as minimum.
- MBA degree in marketing preferred.
- Proven marketing experience in strategy execution, content creation, and social media platform management (2 years minimum)
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
